I am Rudraraju Manikanta Varma, currently working in the private sector, and the founder of Ruach Foods.
Ruach Foods did not begin as a business plan—it began as a quiet concern that stayed with me every day. In the rush of routine life, where time is scarce and responsibilities are many, I realized how easily we compromise on what truly matters—what we consume and how it affects us in the long run.
That realization stayed with me and slowly turned into a purpose.
Ruach Foods is my effort to bring back a sense of honesty and care into everyday food. We are building this with a simple promise—to offer products that are clean, consistent, and responsibly made.
We are not chasing rapid growth or scale. Instead, we are focused on doing a few things right—maintaining quality, being transparent, and staying true to what we stand for.
Balancing a full-time role while building Ruach Foods has been challenging, but it has also been deeply meaningful. This journey is not about speed; it is about building something genuine, step by step.
